He was born on 15 May 1996 in the Central District of Siirt. He completed his primary education in Siirt and successfully graduated from Siirt Türk Telekom Science High School.

He pursued his dental education at the Faculty of Dentistry, Dicle University, and during his final year, he gained practical experience in the fields of clinical dentistry, prosthetics and restorative dentistry.

Following his graduation, he continued his professional career at the Private Siirt Cezlan Oral and Dental Health Clinic (2020–2023) and the Private Beyaz Işık Diyarbakır Oral and Dental Health Clinic (2023–2024); during which she specialised in aesthetic dentistry, implant-prosthetic applications and digital dentistry technologies.

Continuously developing her professional interests through training courses and seminars, Dr Mizgin Bulğa currently offers her patients treatments focused on function, aesthetics and comfort, using a modern approach to dentistry.

In her clinical practice, she embraces an ethical, reliable, scientific and patient-centred approach to care.
